Who here supports Christie and would like to see him run as the R's pick?

His Gun Control views are where I disagree with him, but if he tried to do anything the public would burn him to the ground.

He is the best turd on top of the pile.

He wouldn't be my favorite candidate or probably even in the top 5, but I'd vote for him if he got the nomination.

Pretty sad that such non-douchebag behavior is seen as such an undesirable quality and a disqualification.
Christie did the right thing. he didnt play politics and was more concerned about the well being of the people of the State during a crisis of epic proportions.

The Republicans have just had god awful candidates in 2008 and especially in 2012. not winning in 2012 should tell you all about how awful Romney was as a candidate.

I like Christie, I think hes done good for the state of NJ (I live here). I think the good he has done far out weighs the petty bs the dems are crying about now because they see him as a threat.

THIS a million times !! I think this might work out in his favor in the long run but I never jumped on the Christie band wagon.

But I will say it is very entertaining to watch him continuously tell the Marxist Dems and the Pravada Press in your state of NJ to " and get in line". But he IS definitely a RINO at the end of the day when it all shakes out which is not good when we are talking about getting real change done in this country. He is for open borders and will not repeal Barry care but rather just superficially tweak it which in the end still keeps the cancerous tumor around in remission only for potential malignancy to occur in the future.

He's kind of a d*ck, but he gets things done.

This next election will be a bit different. I don't see Hillary generating high enthusiasm amend any group. Blacks won't vote nearly as much as they did the last two elections. They Voted Obama for his Blackness. And her Granny Whiteness won't turn them on.

The Hispanic vote will be big D but not at the same % as in past. They are generally pretty smart and can see they are getting ****ed by Obama and dems every day.

Women will break at about 50 50.

Young people will not turn out like they have for Obama. They have been worse hosed than Hispanics. One impact of the big Obama Lie is that we will see lower young folks participation for years to come.

Hillary is beatable. Cruz is fun. But He will turn off a lot of moderates and swing voters I am afraid

Im in all likelihood 100% wrong but this is gut feel today

People like how Christie talks.

That alone is enough to get him elected.

Look at Obama FFS.

That's what Christie has going for him. He comes across as someone who has no tolerance for BS.

Following President BS and likely running against the secretary of BS, it might be a welcome change.

Here are the real change guys/political tickets of the future.

Cruz/Paul
Paul/Cruz
Walker/Paul
Paul/Walker
Cruz/Walker
Walker/Cruz

Many in this forum including many Repubs have yet to figure out that it is social conservative Judeo/Christian values that are the strength of this country and what made it GREAT !! Yes, The American Family which is the backbone/sacred fabric to this great civilization of ours. Hell, Marx knew this and his minions of today know this and continually attack everyday with anti-American propaganda. Because as Marx said if you want to tear down a free society, attack God and the family. What do you see today going on in our country and all it's problems? It all can be traced to the breakdown of the Judeo/Christian family in this country in the last 50yrs. Mock and make fun of social conservatives and attack their value system and buy into all the anti-American social conservative propaganda all you want but 'you cut your own throat' doing it and you get what we have today in our country. And the sad part is you don't even see it. Many of you don't see that it is because of these social conservative values that have provided your many comforts in this American life. Or if you do acknowledge this but think you don't need this focus on conservative values anymore you are a fool for thinking so. Not only all the fiscal, social and FP ills you see but you also get a manipulated, ginned up political system that is "On The Take" NOT for "We The People" but for "ME THE POLITICIAN" that is drunk on $$ and POWER(Marxist Dems/RINOs) and thus you get NO REAL CANDIDATES FOR POSITIVE CHANGE because they are SHUT OUT because many have bought into the RWNJ Social Conservatives so-called label that the Alinskyizing Press attacks everyday making sure you feel as a voter that these people are so called dangerous, unstable and just not good for our society. Tell me what have the Marxist Dems/RINOs contributed that improves our society as whole that is far and away much better than what has proven time and time again by Conservatives that work these last 50yrs ??? Yep !! That's right !! NOTHING !! It's only gotten worse for our society as we as country continue to stray into Liberalistic society more and more everyday
