Obama on killing the innocent

Give him credit. He can act.

He sees abortion as some sort of good fun though.

http://cnsnews.com/news/article/penn...yal-god-s-will

At the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, President Barack Obama said that “killing the innocent” is the “ultimate betrayal of God’s will.”

But the president was talking about terrorism, not abortion:

“Extremists succumb to an ignorant nihilism that shows they don’t understand the faiths they claim to profess, for killing the innocent is never fulfilling God’s will. In fact, it is the ultimate betrayal of God’s will,” Obama said.

Yet Obama is a long-time supporter of abortion rights.

If you're not fully on board with the left's welfare ideas, he sees you as a meanie who has no interest in disadvantaged people. At least, that's what I'm getting from his comments.

Okay, well, my taxes are paying for the roads you drive on, the mail you get delivered, the clean air you breathe, the clean water you drink, the uncontaminated food you eat, the scientists who learn how to kill the things that make you sick, the doctors who keep you healthy, the service which tells you when a tornado is coming, the parks and museums and libraries and monuments you can visit for free all the time, the controllers that keep your airplane from crashing, the Army that keeps other countries from invading your front yard, the cops that keep you from being stabbed by a crackhead, the firemen who put your burning house out, the paramedics who restart your heart, the Social Security that will keep you from eating cat food when you're too old to work, and the teachers who taught you how to read this in the first place.

Oh, and by the way, the only place where single mothers automatically need welfare is in your brain. Unlike them, you definitely need all of these things that my (actually our, all of our, we're a country) taxes pay for.

So you and your critical elitism can get bent.

That seems like an over reaction. I liked the way the litany kept building and ended with the reading comment though.

I should have said democrat president. It bothers me because you are an argumentative master of spin prick who calls someone partisan whenever they do not share your view. Also, it simply isn't true no matter how much you want it to be so.

For the next prayer breakfast, Obama should bring up gay marriage and the treatment of gays at the Sochi Olympics. I mean, why not?

I mean if we forced them all to have to proceed with the pregnancy then we are forcing them from a bad situation to a worst one. There is no point in discussing forced adoption in any way.

You haven't done much to disprove it. I think your posts in this thread suggest a strong partisan streak in you, whether you admit it or not. Your misrepresentation of conservative views, rather than mere criticism, is pretty strong evidence that you're not an objective centrist.

When I was in 1st grade, my favorite school lunch food was the processed cheese stick. True story.

Right because on this topic I don't agree with many if not most conservatives, that means I must be partisan. You can be quite the simpleton.

Well, that was a childlike response. You'll notice in this thread I've handled myself without attacking people or going on a pissy rant like you just did despite this being a fairly volatile topic. You might want to try that.

Now to the rest of your post; everything you list above is a service or a benefit that our taxes support...and in my opinion you have the right to bitch about anything your taxes go to. Now put on your big boy pants and respond in a way that makes me think you weren't raised by a crack-head single mom. Whoops; I guess that was an attack...my bad.

I've never seen you embrace a Republican idea or a Republican candidate. That said, I realize that the repeated instances of you supporting the left might just be coincidences. Like I said in that other thread, it's easy to call someone partisan.

Have you seen me embrace any candidates? I voted Romney because Obama didn't do too great the first go around but the cherry on top was Obamacare which I was and am not not in favor of. There are others but no need to go into them here. I don't see my stance here as supporting the left. It's just a coincidence.

I guess I haven't made my point very clear; I would prefer women not get pregnant, by accident or otherwise, when they're not equipped to raise their children. In those cases where they get pregnant anyway, I would prefer they give up the baby for adoption. If they decide to keep their child, so be it, despite the downside. To me personally, in the case of abortion, I feel the only person who pays for the irresponsible behavior is the one who had nothing to do with it.
