Oh my God you have got to be the stupidest ****ing troll in the land of trolls. So if I shoot a troll in the ****ing face and they arrest me, try me, and, due to a lack of sufficient evidence that doesn't prove without a shadow of a doubt that I did it, (despite the fact that I did) am declared innocent that means I am innocent?

Seriously?

In the eyes of the law, you would be innocent.

No, you are just too stupid to read your own definition. Being found not guilty of a formal charge does not make someone morally innocent. In other words, you can be found not guilty even though you did in fact commit the crime.

So why bother going around prancing about the verdict? No one was disputing what the verdict was. They are talking about what the truth is.

The truth according to the jury was that OJ was innocent.

Your dumbass is flipping back and forth between the common sense definition and the legal definition to suit your purpose to whichever post you're responding to.

Common sense: not guilty-opposite of guilty (innocent)
Legal definition: not proven guilty

So which is it? Earlier I said that he was not proven guilty and you disagreed.

Not even drinking. I am certain that you would make more sense if I was.

I guess all that guilt was pretty hard to take for those that have spent decades in jail only to be exonerated later on.

I'm not really clear, because you're a dumbass, but it seems to me that your definition of innocent and guilt depends entirely on a verdict.
