Uh Oh, Christie Said 'Occupied Territories'

I really like the theme of getting money out of politics all together. This just helps show why we need to.

EVERYONE.

Publicly funded campaigns and only for a limited time. Like 90 days of campaigning.

Publically funded campaign---> a much worse solution and will also not authorized by the Constitution

Why? Small candidates like Paul could be on an even playing field with the big boys. Thats the only thing that would scare me.

So you endorse a system that allows a very small oligarchy to dictate policy for everyone?

Mussolini called that corporatism. I think he would love modern America. He even loved running around and screaming "COMMUNIST!' all the time.

No kidding. You're preachin' to the choir. I have spoken out against corporatism repeatedly.

Mussolini, however, if you look deeper was a socialist ( which is a communist of sorts). He just couldn't call himself that because of the RCC's stand on communists. He even used to write for a socialist paper early in his political career. Fascism is just indirect socialism where property is still owned but so regulated by govt for the common good ( socialist sense ) that it winds up not really being true ownership.

The main reason we even have these problems is because the Constitution is NOT followed
in terms of what people want from our Republic. I also presented a solution--the amendment process. You just don't get to revise the document because you don't like an outcome. You have to change the document.

Yeah, it's like trading fascist Germany for some other kind of dictatorship. Here it's mostl
likely a socialist dictatorship--one for the common folk or "the people."

Apart from the issue of funding, I sure wish they would limit campaigns to 60 or 90 days.
