Jensen we need you. Tell us agin this isn't so...

The North Carolina State Board of Elections has found thousands of instances of voter fraud in the state, thanks to a 28-state crosscheck of voter rolls. Initial findings suggest widespread election fraud.

765 voters with an exact match of first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in N.C. and the other state in the 2012 general election.
35,750 voters with the same first and last name and DOB were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.
155,692 voters with the same first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state and the latest date of registration or voter activity did not take place within N.C.
The second point is key, as double voting is election fraud under state and federal statutes. Punishment for double voting in federal elections can include jail time.

Really? Again, 46,000 John Does in the USA. For all of them to have a unique birthday, one would have had to be born each day for the last 126 years. Definitely SUPER RIDICULOUS ODDS!!!11 of any of them sharing birthdays!!

It amuses me greatly that when called out on a stupid post (are you still standing by your "oh wow this probably cost McCain NC in 2008" assertion?), you seem unique on this forum in your ability to double down on your retardation. "You have to be a special kind of stupid" - hahahaha wow, as you are cluelessly writing crap like the above, what does it make you if I'm such an idiot and I'm correcting you?
Yes a few could share a birthday, I never claimed that couldn't be true... you however made the utterly ridiculous claim that 34 THOUSAND of them shared names and birthdays. That's beyond stupid.

You have not corrected anything I have said, you have simply continued to post your typical moronic nonsense.

According to this, there is nobody in the United States older than 110 years of age named John Smith.

Now, let's be extremely generous to you and assume that for the last 110 years, every single day, somebody named John Smith was born. That makes 40,150 John Smiths with unique birthdays.

However, with 46,000 John Smiths in the USA, that leaves 5,850 left that all necessarily have to share a birthday with another John Smith. And again, this is under retardedly generous assumptions about the uniqueness of birthdays among the first 40,000.

Think anyone in that group lives in North Carolina?

Jesus you're a moron.

Wow, you are really BAD at this.

There are ~46,000 John Smiths in the United States. (let's be nice to you and assume they all are voting age) If you go with the ages of 18 to 58 that gives you 40 years. (being generous to you and keeping the math simple) Following so far? Now take the numbers of day per year 365.25 * 40 and you have 14,610 birthdays over that time span. If you assume an even distribution that gives you less than FOUR John Smiths with the exact same DOB. Births aren't an even distribution so I'd be willing to fudge and say that number could be as high as 10. That's 10 NATIONWIDE using one of the most common names.

Let me guess... all of them live in NC and vote?

Who is the moron now?

Austin, here's the reason you're an idiot: you know how when you take 46,000 John Smiths and spread them evenly across 14,000 days, an average of 3.something will share a birthday?

Here's the thing: every single one of them shares a birthday with at least one other John Smith.

Every. Single. One.

That's what the ****ing survey was looking for, dipshit. If John Smith in North Carolina has the same DOB as another John Smith from a different state (again, in the situation you set up, this will be true for EVERY SINGLE JOHN SMITH IN THE COUNTRY), they were counted in the 35,000 figure that you thought surely meant McCain was cheated out of North Carolina.

Do you get it yet?

Yep, I was an idiot there.

I was thinking my 4 number was way too low and obviously it was. Your 6000 figure is way too high of course because you count ALL John Smiths and not those over 18 and registered to vote.

Best guess would be closer to 1000 in that range NATIONWIDE for the 2nd most popular name in America. Now how many of those live in NC? Even distribution again gives us about 32.

Not a chance in hell you can come close to breaking 1k much less 35k when talking about people who VOTED in NC recently that share names with others in the US.

I was just posting that I was an idiot on that. Dumb mistake trying to go too fast and as soon as I looked back at the FOUR number I thought... shit that can't be right. BUT you are still nowhere close in thinking 35k is remotely possible for the voting population of NC. That's still a ridiculous assertion.

You honestly think there are 34,000+ registered voters in NC that share the same name and DOB as registered voters in other states?

That's all sorts of magic thinking right there.
You honestly think that 35,750 people voted in NC, then went to another state and voted there also? Seems incredible to me.

Well, you started to answer your own question. I've seen you work, and you don't put up with shitty data and methods.

Honest question--It was reported that X number voted in NC and another state. Why don't they mention the other state(s)? If these are true double-voters, I'd assume they would be mostly bordering states. If they are scattered across the country, that would be really odd.

Why are we only hearing from NC? 28 states were involved in this project? What were their results?

AC, how many times will I have to demonstrate you are wrong before you accept that I'm not as stupid as you want to think I am and I might actually have a clue what I'm talking about?
