I'd call that going along with someone else's celebration.
As for a Jewish or Muslim family just having their own 'celebration' of Xmas or Easter, nothing is 100%, but I really doubt it is anything but very rare.

Possible exception if you're going to be a stickler about it--Family has young kid who doesn't understand why Santa isn't coming to his house. Parents get him a few presents. But I really wouldn't call that celebrating Xmas.

Well that's kinda the question I'm asking no? Do Jewish and Muslim families celebrate Easter at home. I'm fairly certain everybody knows they aren't having a religious observance singing "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today" - I'm talking about the whole easter egg hunt type thing with the chocolate bunnies.

It's all good, but I find too many adults live in the 90210 adult version of kindergarten Sunday school for my liking. They do good things, but ask them to get dirty and invite a dirty veteran into their home for dinner, and all of a sudden they're worried about their kid's safety... LOL, just LOL. I choose to live differently and see things for what they are, regardless of how much makeup and plastic surgery they apply to their form of religion and lifestyle.

I knew I "nailed it" (got what I was looking for) when my 14-year-old son saw a homeless man (we didn't know he was a veteran) and asked if we could go by him dinner and hear his story. It was awesome, and a great moment for me too.
That's my religion, and I like it. And yeah, I'm all-in...
I notice you didn't invite him to your house for dinner.

Pretty difficult to account for every last family, but I doubt it, other than to appease small children.

If anyone ever needed further evidence at how deranged Cosmo is, this should be exhibit A.

I agree with the message of Easter...

Resurrection and new life--everlasting life. Symbolized by new things being born etc. Baby chicks, baby birds, lambies, bunnies, spring buds and flowers etc.

So I celebrate by baking and having people over for an Easter dinner--Greek-style, as it's a bigger holiday than Christmas for the Greeks.

So I made these for the 'lil ones that come.

Allows my creative side to come out. Those were fun to do.

Rep from Cosmo

You dumb piece of shit. Sorry that I care about sick kids over trivial shit. **** off and get cancer, asshole. Then see how you feel about god answering prayers for base hits.

Apparently it isn't happy we didn't turn a Happy Easter thread into kids with cancer. You off the meds Cosmo? Sure you don't want to wish cancer on Eric Berry? There's a thread about that too?

Tic tac? Lithium?
