-- I'd like to encourage you work ground flax into your diet somehow.

I poop every single morning after being awake for an hour.

This would be my ideal poop time/schedule, if I had my choice at hand-picking my pooping time of day.

Also I hear ground gluten is great for this.

On a serious note been eating flaxseed for a while I recommend it also.

Not really for me either. I was on some pain pills for a while and started having to force out rock hard eye popping grunters.

Started taking psyllium fiber pills and they not only keep you regular but seem to also work as a stool softener.
