-- I'd like to encourage you work ground flax into your diet somehow.

I poop every single morning after being awake for an hour.

This would be my ideal poop time/schedule, if I had my choice at hand-picking my pooping time of day.

Spectrum makes it.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I was using chia...Urologist told me to quit...previous prostate issues was being aggrevated. But, outside of that Chia has a whole bunch of good besides making you have monster craps.

Prostate cancer: Chia contains a lot of alpha-linolenic acid. Some research suggests that large amounts of alpha-linolenic acid in the diet might increase the chance of getting prostatecancer. If you have prostate cancer or have a high risk of getting it, avoid eating large amounts of chia.
