So where did I say "God's will" for that matter? I said "mother nature" and that came across as my meaning "God's will" to you, followed by telling me to obey my God. My gawd, don't you see that?
Right here:

Which of course I didn't say. But you won't let that stop you from arguing against this straw man that you're trying so desperately to construct.

WTF? Which side do you think I'm on in this case? This was a case where the state, actually was trying to enforce legislation that does run contrary to someone's beliefs.

This is why govt should be NOT involved in providing too much for anyone, as it will inevitably, at least eventually, run into such conflicts in belief—exactly like this one. THAT's how that gets handled.

Not exactly calling for prosecuting people for have sexual intercourse—which was YOUR comprehension FAIL. Actually, it was a strawman argument. THAT's what I was disagreeing with you on. As well as your stupid claims about what pete said and turning it into a ridiculously irrrelevant and illogical claim of separation of church and state, which I have an understanding of—a better one than you, since those words don't appear in the Constitution. Keep reaching tho.'
I've already given my opinion. It's fairly straightforward. I agree with the ruling. I'm not an expert on birth control measures so feel free to correct anything if you have any knowledge, as opposed to this senseless bit of sniping that you have been engaging in:

1) This case isn't about contraception. It's about abortion. There are four methods that Hobby Lobby doesn't agree with, because the ownership finds them morally objectionable, because of their sincerely and strongly held religious beliefs. Those methods are thought, by some, to be abortive rather than contraceptive.

2) The USCON prohibits the government from, to keep things simple, siding either for or against a religious belief. The RFRA prohibits the enacting of legislation that puts an undue burden on religious practices.

3) There are cheap and easily available methods of contraception that are not in any way abortive.

And, once again, I will take Thomas Jefferson's interpretation of the USCON over yours any day and twice on Sunday. He at least appears to have read the thing.

Do you not think petegz28 earned that ridicule? Or, alternatively, did you just not understand it?
