***Official CP Homebrew American IPA Collaboration Poll - Malt Pre-Poll***

Now that we've decided on the Yeast we will use, it's time to talk about our malts. We can go a number of different ways here, but for simplicity and those doing extract, I was thinking we could either use a single malt or limit the recipe to only 2 or 3 grains. Obviously, most American IPA's use 2-Row/Pale malt as a base. We can go with that and vote on one or 2 specialty malts (Crystal Malts, Honey Malt, Cara Malts, etc). What do you guys think? If you have another base malt you like, you can vote Other and write it in. If we want more than one malt, I can post an additional poll with a list of specialty malts to vote on.

ChiefsPlanet American IPA
ABV 6.5%
Yeast: Wyeast 1056, WLP001, S05, Omega OLY-004/BRY97
