u'd be amazed at how creative writers can be. I am sure they have tons and tons of idea's on how to take the show. Plus with them only doing 16 episodes instead of network tv's 22. They dont have to make fluffy episodes they can all be pretty good.
The new show Royal Pains is pretty good too. Starting to get into it as well. Yesterday was the first time in a while i actually caught the tv broadcast of both shows. |
Royal Pains is actually enjoyable for a fluffy summer show. Its completely superfluous but its well-made and the Hamptons scenery is fresh and new for a tv show.

Really enjoying Burn Notice again this year. The shows are just good and fun to watch.
Royal Pains is pretty damned solid as well the last few weeks. Really looking forward to Thursdays now to catch both of these shows. Nice way to waste 2 hours on Thursday night. |

Or, are you guys saying you haven't noticed the fact that every "public" scene has people with perfect bodies? At the cafe, at the beach, at the night clubs, at the private pool parties? Really, you haven't noticed? Its one of the perks of watching a show like this. I bet you would be hard pressed to count more than five extras in non-speaking roles who aren't the bad guys that aren't ripped, flat-bellied, barely clothed background eye-candy. Once again, just for clarification: 1. Love the show 2. Lots of background people in public shots are beautiful 3. Not all beautiful people are models....some are just bad actors -HH |
Back on today along with Royal Pains. Love both shows. Cant wait.
|
OK,
I missed something.
Spoiler!

haha, dude was just a little "off"

the bad girl from last night, Katherine La Nasa was married to Dennis Hopper and is presently married to French Stewart. Strange range of tastes there.
Also, ironically, the schizo math guy was played by . . . wait for it . . . Michael Weston. |

Other than that it was a good episode.

Announced today that it's been renewed for a fourth season. :)

That's what I thought when they cancelled the 4400. And Touching Evil (another Jeffrey Donovan show). Hell, I was even mad when they didn't keep G vs E going.

Royal Pains (also renewed) has actually passed it in ratings. I have no idea how or why.

Royals pains is pretty damned good. I liked all but 1 episode, the stupid island episode. Burn Notice is way better though.

My only problem with BN is they seem to get away with stuff in broad daylight without a passerby around. But the rest of the show is so well done that I'm willing to overlook this.

I liked the one tonight. I am REALLY looking forward to the next one. Wife freaked out when
Spoiler!
I'm watching the replay of RP right now because I had to ****ING WORK TONIGHT :cuss: Looks to be a good one. I am really happy with these two shows. |

I never miss the "THE BRUCE."
Until now. Watched the first 3 then...well...life blew up on me. However, I've located a store selling the Brisco County Jr. boxed set cheap, and that great treasure, it is all mine... |
Brisco County Jr was awesome.
Great finale for Burn Notice. |
Im going to start season 1 this week.,....funny thing is i watched hitch the other night and he (the main guy on BN) was in a small part of it, a prick who wanted to bang women instead of get love, hilarious
|
2nd half of the Season Starts Jan 28th.
So we got 24, Chuck and Burn Notice in Jan. Awesome. |
Did anyone watch the first episode?

Like trying to wrap my head around how the break-in to cover the insurance lady's tracks was any easier to pull off than breaking in to steal the records in the firsts place so the mom doesn't have to screw over her new friend. Or how those tracks stay covered when the insurance records, and their provenance, become part of the prosecution/defense of the bad guys. |

I can agree with this - but it was still fun. I was thinking... arn't the police going to notice the files they were going to use to build their case is all of a sudden gone? |
Because it was easier to just use her to do all the work rather then for him to take a chance to get caught up breaking in. He only did it after he seen the toll it took on his mom. IF it wasnt for his mom, he would have just let that lady take the fall for it.

As the winter is arriving so in this article we are discussing some of the significant and prominent nails care tips for women and girls.
Get yourself a scale that not just actions your weight, but additionally determines the human body fat percentage. You may head to their website where they give an exercise test that can tell you the solution, If you’re at all uncertain whether p90x workout schedule is something for you. cheap longchamp Le Pliage Large Tote My option came when my great friend Magnolia acquired this bag on sale at Nordstrom's several months in the past (as a result of Nordies' previously indiscriminate pricematching plan), picked up an extra, and handed about the cost savings to me. Watched a few episodes last week (weekend?) during what must have been a marathon. I wanted to like it, but I don't.
First off, get rid of Cagney (Lacey?)... I don't need a golden girls twist to my action/dramas. Second, the main character's acting is so over the top it rivals David Caruso at his CSI Miami opening scene worst. And nothing says "low key" like that car he drives... very subtle. Maybe it's lacking something else that just makes me focus on these petty things, but I don't see it making my TiVo list. |

It's still not what I envision someone in his position driving on a daily basis. |
I have to admit, this latest episode was not very strong. If I've had ANY objection to this show it's that they do some preplanned stuff in the light of day and don't get in trouble with the cops. this episode really relied on that a lot.
|
The "strings" don't matter for shows like Burn Notice or 24. They're cartoons. Enjoy the ride.
Speaking of which, how weird was it to have the annoying guy from Dana/Jennie's past on 24 be the annoying son of the insurance scammer on Burn Notice? It is quite the achievement to be on two popular shows in the same week. |

Think the difference between SW:Ep1 and the slew of knockoff [BSG original] in it's wake, or the difference between The West Wing and Studio 60. |

He was prepared for a 65 year old to take the fall and it would have only been a loss of job for her. Him getting into it, means a whole lot more mess if he gets caught. He wanted to do it the easy way, until his mom didnt like it and it clearly was eating away at her. Anyways, all shows are like this. just about EVERY SINGLE ONE. |
