We're winning this game!

That Pacheco fumble will haunt me no matter what |
Thankfully, it's a long halftime for everyone in that locker room to un**** themselves.
Come out, score a TD, tie this up, game on. |

It’s too low. |
There is going to be ADJUSTMENTS. I hate our minority pussy fan base
|
where are the creative play calls?
Where is Rose Bowl Right Parade? Where is corn dog? We need better from Andy in the second half. |
Defense has played fine. Absorbed their best plus a trick play. We've been in the red zone twice for 3 points. Offense had a rhythm there before the bad timeout. Only concern I have is the defense on the field too much. Need the offense to sustain drives.

The play calling is baffling. Runs to Rice when Pacheco is busting them off makes no ****ing sense. |

When Pat wakes up the offense will wake up. Defense is on track. They just need to do what they do... |
Getting the ball to Kelce on something other than a screen pass… better be part of the first drive to start the second half.

What a waist of a 52 yard completion to Hardman

The chiefs are a silly fumble in the redzone and a truck play fro a comfortable lead. They need to relax and regroup and ita going to be fine.
|
Ya gotta be kidding me. Have y’all been watching the chiefs all season? What has gotten us in trouble is turnovers and not being patient. Mahomes hasn’t turned it over and that’s good considering the protection he’s getting. Mahomes is playing well, all things considered.
|
Loss of Omenihu is hurting our ability to get to Purdy...
|
Halftime at last year’s Super Bowl the Chiefs were down 10 and Mahomes looked like he reinjured his ankle… that turned out okay.
|
All season long though it's bugged me thinking about what if Jones signs his extension? I believe we have hopkins and this offense looks entirely dangerous again.

Offensive playcalling may be the worst it's been all season. Let's not attack the glaring weaknesses throughout the 49ers backfield.

I'm giving Mahomes the benefit of the doubt until we see otherwise. |
I'm going to mention something that worries me a little bit. During the pregame, some talking heads made a very disturbing comment. They said something about "two NFL alumni will participate in the trophy ceremony, XXXX (don't remember the name) and elway."
They said the elway thing like they were embarrassed about it, and it caught my attention. Why on earth would the NFL invite a soused, loser, cheating, spoiled, draft-dodging, drunken, glory-hogging cheater to the award ceremony? And then I remembered that the opponent's coach as the son of the cheating head coach that the drunken draft-dodger played for, and that cheating head coach is in attendance. And then there's the connection of the opposing running back to the injury-faking wide receiver that the alcoholic cheater played for. Does the NFL have something up its sleeve? |
Purdy has done the absolutely least you need to do. I’ll give him credit for that.

I trust our guys! It will flow in the 2nd half!!

Oddly enough, it’s the Purdy-led 49ers who look the most composed so far. The opening 3rd quarter drive is huge and we can’t afford to not have it end with points.
|

The Lions exploited the 49ers secondary because Detroit has a lot more weapons than KC and their O-line played better. |

Anyone comparing this to the Buccaneers game is completely forgetting the Brady refs.
They were never going to allow us to have a chance. |

I don't get the excuse making. The offense isn't playing well. That's ok because we're only down 7. But it needs to improve in the 2nd half |
Quote:
Unfortunately, we’re playing the type of game he needs so far. His mistakes tend to happen when he’s behind the 8 ball. |
1st half MVP candidates:
1. Karlaftis 2. Pennel 3. McDuffie Prove me wrong. |

So turns out on the TD there was an illegal man down field. That’s nice.

This team is playing like straight ass. My hope is that Reid gets his head out of his ****ing ass with these 2nd down play calls. They are killing drives more than anything right now. |
That Pac fumble really really hurt.
Damn. |
Simms points out there was an illegal man downfield on the TD pass

Mahomes 8-2 in the postseason when trailing by 7+.
|
Niners got away with a penalty on that TD play, but we know the other fanbases around the league won’t complain one bit about this.
|
they need to go out and drop 7 after the half or shanny will start churning it on the ground.
we really ****ing need some points to get guys playing loose. |
This second half needs to be all about Mahomes and Kelce.
win or lose, the ball HAS to be in Mahomes’ hands. I don’t want to see any more bullshit 2nd and long runs with CEH. I don’t want to see any more screens to Rashee on 2nd and 12. Give. The. Ball. To. Mahomes. |

The officiating hasn't been biased, but they've missed a few things. The obvious late hit on Pacheco on the ground by that criminal Fred Warner still chafes me. |

We need a tuddy on this drive
|
We've been Ravened the 1st half!
Flip that script, flip our switch and go! |
Quote:
The Chiefs lack weapons at WR. Shut down Kelce and we're basically screwed. |

Andy needs to completely take over playcalling in the second half and open this shit up.
This conservative bullshit doesn’t exploit the 49ers weakness in their secondary. |
Mahomes has a 66.7% win rate after being down 10 points in Superbowls. I like our odds!
|
Refs
Oline . . . . . Self inflicted wounds |
They need to send mrs mahomes to the locker room to get the poison out of him so he will relax. Then touchdowns.
This isnt the first superbowl the chiefs have been behind at the half…..theyre going to win |
A TD drive to start the 2nd half would be game changing.
|
Good news is KC was down by more last SB at halftime and the offense had only scored 4 more points than tonight. The second half they were a different team.

We needed a solid game from the sidelines and for the first half, they've been ass. Surrender playcalls on 2nd down on 3 straight possessions isn't how you win championships.
Hopefully Andy gets his balls out of his wife's purse at half and starts calling some God damn offense that goes past the ****ing line of scrimmage and isn't a give up rush in second and long. You have the best qb ln the ****ing planet. 2nd and long is not time to surrender the possession. |
Quote:
Yeah he needs to run it way sooner. Lanes are there initially after the first few seconds. |
Quote:
I bet that's what Travis was mad about. We take one shot downfield and gain 50 yards, and then immediately go back to timid playcalls designed to get a two yard gain and a fumble. |
Quote:
|
Almost have of CMC’s receiving yardage came on a trick play that should’ve been a penalty.
He’s also under 4 yards per carry. We’ve defended him fine. |

Would love to be a fly on the wall in the locker room at halftime. Kelce is probably throwing a few chairs.
|
The play calling AND execution have been atrocious.
Running Rice out of the backfield when Pop is cooking makes no sense. I'm still baffled. |
