Holy shit. All the contact on that Lightfoot make

Half came just in time. Settle down and come out hot.

Yeah he almost was knocked over before his miss.

smithandrew051 04-02-2022 04:56 PM

Not sure which was the worst, but I’ll say the non-call on the ball going out of bounds.

Harris was stationary with the ball in his hands and got blasted.

KC_Connection 04-02-2022 04:56 PM

KU did everything they wanted to do whenever McCormack was in the game. Would have been a complete blowout had the refs not helped Nova in the last 5 minutes. Can only hope the refs will call it more evenly now that it is close again.

It has been ridiculous. Some clear cut charges called blocking fouls.

Especially after that phantom foul on McCormack which cost us our best player this game for the last 5 minutes.

BWillie 04-02-2022 04:57 PM

If you never let them shoot a 3 and deny the ball on the 3 pt line I dont even think they can win. Its just a total 180 to what college basketball has looked like the last 30 years.

That one equals the two blatant charges they called blocking fouls.

Tons of shoving for rebounds and over the backs.

I think they fouled Mitch about 5 times with zero calls.

BWillie 04-02-2022 04:58 PM

Go inside whenever you can.

Ans I NEVER say this.

Nova is scared shitless to foul.

Maybe that will change since they somehow only committed 3 fouls in the 1st half.

You basically have to stay attached to your man and not help, yes. Most of these guys are not looking to drive to score. Gillespie certainly isn't.

Ku gonna win but no one wants an 80-50 blowout except ku fans

There's really no other way to look at it than this. Was really blatant.

Nothing is over until it's over
KC fans know that all too well.

When they tipped off, we would all have been happy with a 11 point lead at the half. We are not going to shoot 90% from the 3 and they are not going to shoot 20%.

We are in a great place. Just keep McCormack out of foul trouble and we got this cruising.
