i would have traded our entire draft for Josh Gordon when the Browns were the Browns in the middle of the year.

Absolutely no question about it.

Good luck locking $20 million dollars into the safety position. Say goodbye to Houston.

If they rework Hali, Berry and Flowers and work the for Byrd correctly, that's a big-time impact signing.

Stewie 01-30-2014 03:57 PM

We have much bigger needs than that MU turd.

yeah yeah....

I only ask because if he whines enough, and Reid wants him enough, it would be crazy as shit to put a package together for him.

Anything's possible. What would he cost?

If this guy came from another college we would give him 1/10 the amount of attention.

I'd argue 3/10ths, which still is too much...

Take that Desean Jackson first round trade and turn it directly towards Josh Gordon.

Eleazar 01-30-2014 06:13 PM

He's exactly the sort of signing we should be making. A bargain price for a player who would be a nice addition at his average output over his career but has room to grow statistically, who is familiar with the coach and the system.

First, Maclin is injury prone. He is also inconsistent. There are times that he disappears in games.

It seems every time Maclin steps up his game and looks impressive, something goes wrong with his health.

I believe Maclin has the potential to be that special player – Age is on his side, but for various reasons, he has struggled to reach the next level due to injuries, sickness, or other issues.

Just my opinion

Mr. Laz 01-30-2014 06:57 PM

Looks like Maclin had only missed 5 games, in 4 seasons, until 2013.

averages about 850 yards per year, with a 13+ yard per catch

doesn't seem that injury prone

2 injuries to the same knee is bothersome

imo we need to sign a pass catcher in FA and draft one. We need more speed and explosion on offense and in our secondary.

BossChief 01-30-2014 06:58 PM

Denario Alexander and Jeremy Maclin

TO THE MU SUPERBOWL!

O.city 01-30-2014 07:00 PM

Wouldn't give him big money, but one year with incentives make sense
