No, your D sucks. How many did UCLA roll up on you? And KU put up 3 last week against KSU. TT put up 59 on them today. I'm pretty sure it's our shitty O not your D.

Skip, you seem in the know here. Although, I AM in the know, but, contrary to popular beliefs, I do respect opinions of others...

Should they have burned Meier's redshirt, or is this offense inept no matter who's under center?

I don't think they have much talent on O. They don't score much on anybody. No running game, no WR's, no nothing.

Cornish looks good. I think if Randle wasn't a dumbass, they'd be a lot better off. Murph and Simmons aren't horrible receivers, neither is Gordon if he has enough energy. I think if they had a QB that could show some leadership and make plays out of the pocket, they'd be alright, especially with that defense carrying them.

I'm not buying that. OU was all over our QB all night and they gave up 45 to Texas last week. Our O is just pure shit. No O line no nothing. We've tried 4 different QB's but no difference. Gordon is a very good DB but I've seen nothing out of him on O.

I agree. The o-line is terrible, but if you have a QB that can make plays out of the pocket, you can offset that at least a little bit. This offense doesn't have to be GREAT by any means, it just has to be good enough to put 17 points on the board and keep the defense off the field long enough to catch its breath.

-Luke doesn't give you that.
-Barmann flat out sucks.
-Swanson will go down in history for his TD pass in the KSU game last year...nothing else.
-Herford throws like a young lady
-Meier....????????????

I gotta say this about Texas. They are in a completely different league this year. I don't like them, but it wouldn't suprise me to see them take the national championship this year.

OU isn't at the level the fans are used to. But I saw more from Bomar tonight than I had all season. For the first time I was thinking that maybe the Kid will be alright. OU will be in the mix again, let the young players develop and they will be contenders again.

You must not have watched the same game I saw. Bomar didn't do shit except get knocked on his ass. We gave you 4 turnovers and still stayed in it. Your offense scored all of 12 points. Three of those as a direct result of a TO when you failed to move the ball at all. Better go look at the stats. 9 offensive points isn't much even against a good D like Kansas has.

Went to the game.... observations: KU has some HOT fans :D

KU's defense is FOR REAL. Those guys can flat out play. Two games in a row, they absolutely stuffed the run and punished the opposing QB.

KU's offense sucks donkey balls. The QB play is atrocious... so bad there aren't enough negative adjectives to apply. Due to that fact, this makes 2 games in a row where the D kicked the crap out of the opposition, but tired-out in the 4th quarter because they never got a chance to catch their breath. FFS, within the first minute and a half of tonight's "game", KU's O gave up more points than it scored over the past two games COMBINED.

Brian Luke sucks.
Adam Barrman sucks.
Swanson sucks.
Meier? Who knows? I know I was calling for him to get some PT after Luke's third turnover. (I think that was our third possession... he was pretty consistent with the turnovers... one for each possession).

There were some HOT females in the stands tonight :D

Exactly what I have been saying. Well, except I didn't get to see the hot females.

Another thing I noticed was our cheerleaders were not particularly hot. I'll bet their daddies have a lot of money. I could go find you hotter chick among the student body. Yes, yes I could.

I saw Bomar in the 3rd and 4th quarter finally playing like he was understanding things. He was finally hitting some WRs instead of skipping balls to them like he has so far this season. He's got a ways to go but for the first time this season, I watched last night and wasn't second guessing Stoops on playing Bomar ahead of Thompson.

All of Stoops' former QB's are selling insurance. I'll be surprised if Bomar doesn't join them.
