I like the 2022 approach.
4 guards with 3 being big wings who can defend multiple positions around 1 center. Tiller can be the bench big. I guess: Council Peterson Sarr White Bidunga Bench: Tiller Dawson Elmarko McDowell Calderon |
I kinda like Council. Looks like a great defender and good connective passer but who really knows?

I was always puzzled by us getting Storr. I said he would suck since day 1. Self likes well rounded players who can guard. |

How many Schollys we got left?

Happy Dame Sarr day?

I think it simply hinges on if Coward withdraws from the NBA Draft or not. Sarr knows Duke CAN pay him the most and is just waiting for that certainty. Coward had really sick measurements at the combine and is rising up draft boards. Even if Coward stays in the NBA Draft who knows. Coward staying in the draft is definitely good for us but it appears Duke still wants to make a play. |
Why are people acting like Sarr committed?
There isn't real news about that yet |
Yap. He gone.

Duke will land him if they want to commit the resources. I think the back room haggling is occuring and we're just waiting the outcome of the financials. If Duke doesn't give him what he wants he could choose KUs offer. We'll see how it plays out, today.

Mike Vernon says Sarr to Duke now looks likely.

Gun to head -
I would have preferred Williams over Sarr, anyway. Assuming he does withdrawal from the NBA draft. |
