Saw a lot of doe but the only buck in the area was slayed by the ol man. A nice 5x4, old as hell. No teeth left. I'm gonna try again I the a.m. Man, I sat in that blind all day, just doe. Shit!

Oh, I will. Its just that I can shoot a doe anytime I want, any season. Ove let well over 50 go this year waiting for that monster buck. If I don't get one tomorrow, I'll pop a doe next week.

I'm back at it this morning. I'm going to sit here until about 0930, then I have to get back on the road to go home.
The wind is a gentle 15-25 mph straight out of the SW. Temp? A beautiful 36 degrees. Yeah, I have snot bubbles and I don't know if I'll make it to 0930. I've got a portable heater going but it's not helping a whole lot.
I doubt I'll see anything, really. It's just too windy.

Damn it, I was going to stack the shit on you for not coming out here, but it is 34 with a 13 MPH from the NNW. :(

But if you've got any humidity with that wind, it will suck way worse.
