That was a great performance in a big game against an elite opponent, all while playing on an injured knee.

3 holding penalties and 1 FS penalty. He killed a couple drives himself.

The hold on the 4th down was ****ing bullshit. Watt was falling down and got a hold call.

RunKC 12-26-2024 10:08 AM

Sometimes you just have to laugh. This is a ****ing disgrace. This is not holding. The dumb mother****er slipped and lost the rep and got rewarded for it.

I swear to God Jawaan is unfairly targeted.

I gave jawaan a little extra run for playing largely on an island with Watt. But **** he’s got to clean it up.

Clean what up? He played arguably a perfect game yesterday.

Yep. And it was easy to tell.

What? He played "ok" and you consider who he was going up against, and when you consider he's injured. I admire that for playing. But it was far from perfect

The three holding calls and a false start he’s credited with yesterday… one’s obviously garbage.

Texans and Steelers 4 days apart. Zero turnovers and 1 sack allowed. Everything is fine.

It was ridiculous.

Watt was falling down and grabbed Taylor's wrist to pull him down on top of him. Gets the flag.

Taylor has been really unfairly targeted. But it doesn't matter.

I get where it "looks" like a hold, but you can't flag that. Just bullshit.

Danguardace 12-26-2024 10:24 AM

The refs need to be told to swallow their flags, even the one against Steelers which wiped their TD was unbelievably soft. Their was a shocking PI against Ravens last night too.

Bl00dyBizkitz 12-26-2024 10:26 AM

Do tackles have a tendency for more penalties then the rest of the OL?

Not trying to give Jawaan some slack cause he's a penalty machine, but holy shit it must be hard to fend off these athletic freaks of nature on the edge without drawing a penalty. Especially when the holding penalty likely kills your drive.

The one sack was fairly excusable too.

It was the late blitz that Caliendo didn’t quite get to. I’ll give him a break on that since he’s pretty new to being a starter.

Shit, he had four penalties? I only remembered two. That is rough.

Still.. a great day for the offense and line overall. Made my Christmas far more enjoyable and didn’t get our QB killed. It was about as perfect a day as you could expect.
