I am straight but am not bothered that much by this. I am just sick of hearing of people's sexual preferences because I don't care. Don't want to know. To me someone isn't a gay lawyer but a lawyer who happens to be gay. As long as he wins my case I don't care what he does in the bedroom. Those who are against it don't indulge and you will be true to your beliefs. Many things are not illegal but immoral. If i blew my whole paycheck making it rain in a strip club instead of paying my mortgage it wouldn't be illegal but immoral and prob a sin.
