LeBron will not have the rim rattling athleticism he currently does, but as he continues to develop his post game and his shooting from 15-25 feet, he can affect the game in different ways, especially with his passing.
Putting him on the elbow as a point forward allows him to still beat 4's off the dribble, even with declining athleticism, use his body to back them down, or utilize his amazing passing skills. There's no reason why he can't remain a spectacularly efficient offensive player.
