Either way, if his intent wasn't to seriously hurt her (I think he just wanted her away from him and off the stage without interrupting his performance, and he left her alone after the one hit) I don't think that is justifiable to arrest him.

2) If/when I do have a daughter, she'll be taught to take responsibility for her actions and not to put herself in situations like this by acting like a fool. As long as she wasn't seriously hurt, my first reaction would be disappointment at her behavior.
