I was at an Ozzy concert once where people kept forming human ladders and climbing on stage. bouncers were tossing them off left and right. Finally one got through to Ozzy and went to shake his hand while yelling "Ozzy you rule, man!". Ozzy just laughed and shook his hand. As bouncers closed in the guy ran and did a swan dive off stage.

I'm not saying that he's right for punching her, but if he gets sued by her, I wouldn't be surprised for him to sue the venue to offset. It's pretty clear that no one in the venue is making any attempt to remove her from the stage. She's up there for quite a while in the video just dancing around. If he's smart, he has a contract that outlines the expectations from security during his performance.
