If you have a franchise that has a VISUAL REPRESENTATION of an established character in its original medium, then YES, dumbass, a live action version of this franchise would be expected to make the characters look as they did in the original medium. That's just common sense, a trait that Neil Druckmann and the entire TLOU2 story is completely devoid of.
The target audience is the established fanbase of that franchise, so when you cast a 5'2 100 pound actress to play a character that was the poster child for post apocalyptic steroid use and president of the resurrect Hulkamania movement, it's just another completely illogical decision made by Neil Druckmann that has anyone with a single moving brain cell question if this guy has any clue what he's doing anymore.
The body type for Abby would be Gina Carano, if they made her gain 30 pounds for the role. That's how far off the game and show characters are apart.

But why? TV shows and movies are made all the time based on books and the actors often don’t fit the description of their book characters and it doesn’t ruin the product they are putting out.
It’s totally bizarre to care this much about how much some actor closely compares to some pixels on the screen of a completely separate medium.
