Ridding my property of "outdoor" cats.
This morning I woke up to a faint cat piss/spray smell lingering in certain spots in my house. Every night there is two to three neighborhood cats tripping my Ring cameras and I think they have taken to pissing on the outside of my house and the smell is lingering through.

Obviously this is a god awful smell and the main reason that I will never own another cat. But is there any way I can run them off my property without dispatching someone's pet? I'd prefer to do this in a way that doesn't harm the poor animals because it's not their fault the owners are irresponsible. But I can barely stand to be in my home right now.

Any ideas? My mom said to spray the perimeter of my house with a vinegar/water mixture, but that smells awful too, isn't seemingly working and something you have to do every night with the spring rain.

I have multiple cats and my house doesn't smell at all, if you have a cat and your house smells you aren't cleaning up after them properly for one...

For 2 if you have Boxwoods around your house they literally smell like cat pee, especially when it's rainy.

Are these outdoor cats only or indoor outdoor cats?

If I let my cats outside it is only in my fenced backyard and while I am out there. They will always come back but I don't want them getting in other peoples yard and who knows getting into something bad. The lifespan for an indoor cat is much much longer than a cat that roams around outside all the time.

I do not even like cats but have 3 now. All 3 strays/feral 1 from a hurricane and 2 from saying I am too nice. I am a dog person but love most animals.

BIG_DADDY has a few spare pitbulls he could lend you. The adorable dogs are likely to maul any children you have to death but they'll fix your cat problem.

I have a couple, but the room they border has no cat piss smell and I've never noticed them stinking up the inside of my house before.

This smell is a recent development in the last week or so. My home has been petless for almost 5 years now.
