If so how'd it go? I have real bad anxiety and this week it's been terrible. Today I tried some CBD gummies and they actually work! I feel very relaxed and unlike smoking weed I feel like I have a clear mind.

No help with getting to sleep. Doesn't work like that. It's good for pain, not getting to sleep.

Where do I get it? For me uppers decrease my anxiety with the sole exception of alcohol. Weed, xanax, mushrooms all give me more anxiety.

My wife and I both use CBD. She uses a tincture for her fibromyalgia pain and a cream for her carpal tunnel pain. .3% THC. Not enough to get hight, but it enhances the effect of the CBD. It's the best thing that she's found
I use a CBD gummy, also .3% THC, to calm my nerves when I have a stressful day at work. I am very impressed. I will be at my wit's end, ready to strangle someone. I take half a gummy and continue to work. Every time, it's less than 20 minutes and the stress is gone. I also take them occasionally at night if my mind is wound up and I just can't get to sleep.I've seen family members on anxiety meds. I don't like how they have side effects, so I've been resistant to using them. This is much better. I only take them as needed, which isn't often. So there are no side effects. I would definitely recommend it.

I was skeptical about CBD too. Probably legal for 3-4 years before I even tried it. That “snake oil” kept me from taking 12-16 Ibuprofen daily at work. No idea what vyvanse is. Not really interested in taking legal speed.

You are lucky to still have a functional liver taking 12 Ibuprofen a day

I used gummies from Diet Smoke for over a year. Absolutely helped me with relaxing and helped with winding down before bed and sleeping through the night.

Now I usually smoke a small / solo doober after dinner and maybe a few tokes from a taster about an hour or so before bed and does the trick.

I’ve had issued a with falling asleep and staying asleep since I was probably 12 years old. The past two years have been great in the sleep front. Finally get good nights sleep way more often than not.

I've had to take too much tylenol or advil on many occasions for pain. This is a good video on protecting your kidneys and liver from potential damage from taking too much OTC pain meds. Just for those who may not know. Look out for your organs dudes

Ice, heat, and stretching is what I include in my pain areas. Decent heating pad. Good set of flat ice pads that are comfortable to lay on. Also resistance/rehab stretch bands can be useful for stretching purposes

NAC is apparently somewhat controversial or was because of not being FDA approved. But I personally use it as needed in my vitamin regimen for detoxing free radicals and the fact I have days where I take too much tylenol

Not sure on it helping from Ibuprofen and possibly taking too much of that.

Another reason for NAC that has been a big blessing for me is for mucus either sinus or lung congestion. The minor kind, not infections that may require antibiotics. Got to use proper judgment on that of course. I personally have seasonal and household allergies. Those lead to sinus headaches which for me frequently turn into terrible migraines. Adding NAC has greatly reduced that. maybe 1 a day and then on days that are bad 1 or 2 as needed. Good videos. GREAT follows for your youtube feed. Both these 2 have helped me tremendously.

My sciatica is no longer an issue. I do have piriformis which is very similar to sciatica. Its on my right side. I had saved this video and forgot all about it before reading this thread which got the idea, hey i have this saved to watch later videos on youtube. Came in really handy for the first mowing of the season about a week ago. And I push mow. I actually did the neighbors yard as well and wouldn't be able to have done that without the stretching and just a simple icing was all that was needed for recovery the next day. I wouldn't be posting these if I didn't personally have tried the methods with some level of success with them. Try adding them to the equation and see if it helps your situation.

There are other Drs videos on YT but I only post from the particular quacks or no longer practicing quacks in Dr Berg's case, because I have come to trust them by so many of their videos on my feed and following their guidance on issues that pertain to me and actually helped me. I also take a copper vitamin that I just started a few weeks ago so I haven't noticed a ton improvement. But some. I need to give it more time. Very cheap supplement. I haven't used the copper braces or sleeves however

While I was waiting for my steroids shot in the spine, my son was getting married in NYC where he lives now. I was worried I'd not have the movement to walk all over Manhattan. Meet all their friends and a couple of parties etc.

The Doc gave me a round of oral steroids. Holy shit, that stuff made me feel like a new man. Felt like I could do anything physically all the time I was there. Great stuff if used every once in a while.

Same here. Issues have gotten worse as allergies got worse.

I tried 3 or 4 different CBD oils through a dropper. I can't say I ever noticed anything (other than fighting off a virus.) No change for me in calm, mood, sleep, etc.

What specifically did you use?
