Home and Auto Ridding my property of "outdoor" cats.

This morning I woke up to a faint cat piss/spray smell lingering in certain spots in my house. Every night there is two to three neighborhood cats tripping my Ring cameras and I think they have taken to pissing on the outside of my house and the smell is lingering through.

Obviously this is a god awful smell and the main reason that I will never own another cat. But is there any way I can run them off my property without dispatching someone's pet? I'd prefer to do this in a way that doesn't harm the poor animals because it's not their fault the owners are irresponsible. But I can barely stand to be in my home right now.

Any ideas? My mom said to spray the perimeter of my house with a vinegar/water mixture, but that smells awful too, isn't seemingly working and something you have to do every night with the spring rain.
