I do agree with stumpy, though. He was a significant upgrade over knowmo. Had a little JustDiqlix in him.

Tell me you're little bro without telling me you're little bro.

They couldn't win when KC's defense was at its most vulnerable and they had a bad WR corps/awful LT, but they're going to beat them now that they have a superior LT with Rice/Brown/Royals and a more seasoned Worthy? Good luck!

I got 6...Giants, Indy, Titans, Jets, Raiders (once) and Jags.

Maybe half of the remaining teams might get the "Walmart flu" and rest their starting QB that week...they could possibly not finish last in the AFCW in that scenario. They did great against back-up and rookie QBs last year...might as well bank on repeating that strategy.

It's cute that Donk fans think by not beating a single AFC team with a winning record...they are somehow on the rise. It must have been being shut out for the final 55 minutes of that charity playoff game that gives them hope. I mean they added a CB...so they only lose 27-7 next time.

Raiders added a better HC/QB...the two most important aspects of a team and a top flight RB. Chargers also added a top RB. Chiefs get Rice and Brown back...whom the Donks never had to face last year.

Fans of the cheating Donks will be excited about starting 2-0, ignoring the fact that they play 2 of the worst teams in the league to start the season. They'll really be thumping their chest if the Chiefs start 1-1. But it'll be short lived. They likely follow that up by going 0-3 against the Bengals, Eagles, and Chargers. Week 6, they climb back to .500 against the Jets. Then another win against the Giants and they're feeling good again. Then they lose to the Cowturds and Texans, beat the Raiders on Thursday night, then lose to the Chiefs to go into the bye with a 5-6 record. After the bye, they hit a 3 game skid losing the Redskins, Raiders and Packers, securing a losing season at 5-9. They win against Jacksonville then fail in their attempt to stop the Chiefs from securing the division on Christmas. The final week, the Chargers are locked in for the 6 seed, so they're resting starters and the cheating Donks are gifted a week 18 win again. Final record, 7-10. Mo Pix finishes the season with 18 TD and 22 Int, passing for 32000 yards. But the team and their fans write it off as a sophomore slump and go into the off-season blaming the weapons and offensive line. So they go.out and sign recently cut Jawaan Taylor and free agent WR JuJu Smith Schuster to help bolster the offense. Also, Taysom hill, a salary cap casualty of the Saints, is signed to be the final piece. Broncos fans are excited and Chiefs fans are laughing.

Seems odd that we’ll go into the second week in November having only played one divisional game

I will say that over the years, when we've been similarly notified of the illness or death of someone here that we would know, I have appreciated the heads up. The most memorable one that comes to mind was crazyhorse, way back in the day. He was outspoken enough to have been banned several times on the Mane. When he got sick, I appreciated knowing. (It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure several of us contributed to a fundraiser that had been started for him - can't remember if it had been here, or over on the Mane).
RIP crazyhorse and fist **** Clay for telling him to hurry and go die, just before he passed.

Certainly not deliberate considering they were a WC team (undeservedly) last season. They get to kick off the year playing the very worst team in the NFL...and a rookie QBs first NFL start.
