Kevin's "Poll forthcoming" really does make a big difference in situations like his huh?

Vick is a super talented QB with no idea yet how to play the position.

Tomlinson is probably the best HB in the NFL.

What's to question?

If it were a normal team, I'd give the edge to San Diego because they got a great HB and a decent QB. Atlanta got a good QB who is excellent at selling tickets. Had a team with better management and coaching got a hold of Brees and Tomlinson they'd probably have been in the playoffs last year.

I guess this is a "tracking poll" of sorts... I did a similar poll (http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=44989&highlight=vick) 2 years ago... Just curious how opinions have changed.

I'll let my old self take that one. Psi?

It was a great trade all around. It worked out very well for both of them.

I'd say SD got the better of it, but Atlanta certainly came out well, too.Good answer.

I think the Chiefs got the better of the deal. Trent Green and Dick Vermiel have turned out to be much better than #12 pick overall Damione Lewis, who's been a bigger bust than Ryan Sims by far, and our 2001 2nd rounder Tommy Polley, who's been beat out this year by a rookie 4th round pick.
