I would like to set up a couple of work computers (Win95 and Win2000) to print all jobs to two network printers automatically.

Anyone know how to do that?

I will split half of the bonus I won't get for dousing this current conflagration with you...... and rep you, to boot.

Just set the two network printers as the default printers.

It is.

In my rigid mindset, I was under the impression that you could have only one default printer. I'll check it out tomorrow.

Maybe you need to set up a printer pool. Not sure about Win95 and 2000 but with XP you can enable a printer pool to print to the first available network printer in the group. I know we had Win98 at a past job and we did it there.

Not quite what I had in mind. I want the same document to print in two locations. Printer 1 AND Printer 2.

Thanks for helping.

pretty sure you have to print it twice, once for each printer.

I may be wrong but if you go to your print properties and click the box under ports to enable print pooling you can then select multiple ports to print on any and all of the printers listed, just check all the boxes next to the printers you want the doc to go to.
