Bartee looked great today! Good fix getting our weak link, McCleon off the field. Now we need to get someone to take Barber's place and send Holliday packing.

this defense is continuing to be a work in progress, and it is molding. We don't have to worry about Holliday. browning and Allen are outplaying him and are definately gonna get more playing time, Gun is smart enough to know that. The way Bartee looked today, he looks like a starter. All we have to worry about is Barber. I actually thought he played a pretty good game today. He plays ok at home, on the road he is completely awful. Hicks went down today. Does anybody know, what his status is?

On the 56 yard reception Mr. Barber was on his ass facing backwards as Dunn raced by. Barber is the next weak link in the D.

C'mon now...I sit by Mr. Barber's brother at the games...he can't be benched. I would miss his brother's antics.

I forgot about that. your right. who else do we have to replace him with? Maybe we'll draft or sign a LB this year in FA.

No..but he is incredibly amusing during the games.
I say it's time to promote Rich Scanlon from the Practice Squad..but then again I'm drunk and from Syracuse.

I think we can all agree that Bar tee played the best game of his career today. Good run support, good pass coverage, a sack, played the ball on that one pass into the end zone, and even deflected a ball that Wesley intercepted.

Welcome to the Chiefs, William.

I still don't believe that was Bartee under that helmet. I think they got Hasty or somebody to dress up like Bartee.

He does look like a totally different player. Just watching him defend the pass in the corner of the endzone was a thing of beauty. The old Bartee wouldn't have looked for the ball and that time he actually looked and almost intercepted. I guess Gun just knows how to coach him :toast:

Agreed. Might be about time for the "Bartee" thing to go the way side.
