Although I am certain that the concept of "Torrent" is generally well known and easily understood, my knowledge of same is remarkably absent.
Perhaps a reference could be made available?

Nightfyre...you might try using Azureus (which only needs a single port for all torrents) and then setting it up to use a basic port like 21, or 80, or anything else that the university might have open. Worth a shot anyway...???

Hey... I'm pretty new at the bit torrent thing... I've seen a lot of torrent threads saying go here: http://angelleye.no-ip.com:10008. But, I can't load that page... it times out. Am I supposed to do something other than just click on the link? Also, is 40-60K download pretty good?
And...
OK, so I need some more help... why can't I import these things into Premiere or AVID? Is it this DIVX encoding, and will that affect whether or not I can burn it to DVD?
