While I agree that Morton is playing beyond most of our expectations, did any of you notice our glaring lack of speed in the WR position? Every time Green would throw a bomb here would be a DB on Morton or Kennison's hip. :banghead:

However, Peyton had Wayne and Harrison open deep at will! Either our WR's are really slow, or our DB's are really slow. :cuss: Which is it?

Or their receivers were better than our DBs.
That's a given.

In case you haven't noticed the starting WRs on our team are pushing, like, 90 years of age.

Morton doesn't have deep speed. Kennison does, but I think teams are taking away the deep pass to him with safety help over the top.

We haven't thrown deep all that much this year.

On Harrison's bomb Warfield fell down.

On Wayne's, Bartee and Woods bit HARD on the play fake, and that was all Wayne needed to get two steps.

Why we were biting on play fakes up by 17 points I don't know.
