Sims was taken a lot higher than LJ. And I bet LJ will have a more productive career. Sims is a far bigger bust.

Actually LJ didn't look that bad to me. He's clearly not Priest but who is?

I think if Saunders/DV don't panic and become pass happy but instead feed LJ a little more we come out winning this game.

Don't forget Tait and Riley. Slymo too. Time to jump on the Derrick Johnson bandwagon....we need another LB named Derrick.

Actually Tait and Riley are doing pretty well in Chicago and Nawlins.

The Chiefs drafts have always been mediocre but they've become awful since DV came to town.

yea..Tait and Riley picks were pretty good for us........I think that Tait was the last 1st rounder that was any good for us.

Sims is a bust?

Isn't that judgement a tad early? He's just been hurt a lot.

LJ on the other hand sucks the big one, no question.

Wasn't Tait on that all-NFL midseason list just recently? I don't remember who made the list, but I thought, "Huh?"

I've got nothing against Tait and liked him while he was here, but if he didn't have a big contract he wouldn't be on that list.

I wouldnt call him a bust, just a huge dissappointment and unworthy of the #6 pick in the draft. Guys like him are a dime a dozen in the NFL. When u get picked at #6 you expect him to be an "Impact" player. Not just average.

Sims is a big, fat, lazy, overpaid lineman. It started with his holdout for more money before he played a snap in the NFL. He needs to be flipping burgers back home.

I think playing next to Julius Peppers made him appear better than he actually was.

Then wouldn't that make him a bust? Average Dlinemen can be had in the mid to late rounds. This guy was the 6th overall pick and we traded up to get him. At this point I'd call him a bust with no reservations.

Just say "Most of Carl Peterson's draft picks" and be done with it? If what you need is a linebacker in the 4th round, he's your guy. If you need a big time player with your first rounder, look elsewhere.

Maybe we need to draft us a Peppers type of player to along side of Sims to get better production from him?

16 years of not drafting on single impact WR, RB or QB. Every single one us could have at least hit one during that time by sheer luck. But King Carl is always trying to prove he's so much smarter than everyone else that he blows the pick year after year.

All of 'em but DT and Tony Gonzalez.
