from a co-worker that Marty is supposedly in town to talk business.
I don't know how much if any truth there is to this. He claims to have heard it on the radio this a.m.

So?

I'm thinking Marty is happy where he's at right now. He's got a good running back and a good tight end, and a good record. What more could he want?

It's like Han Solo visiting Lando GoBretFeed

If you're insinuating that he's coming back here to KC in any way, shape, or form, I'm going to have to go ahead and say you're full of shiznit.

Wouldn't, couldn't and most importantly shouldn't happen.

That was exactly my reaction.

When I first read this thread I though BS. There is no way Marty is here for any part of business with the Chiefs. Then, I saw the part where the info came from your co-worker. I don't think there is anybody here that question the validity of an anonimous co-worker, so we can expect to see Marty as the head coach next year.

Child support with a former Tanner's server, perhaps?

Bull. He may be in town... but he's not coming back. Why would he want to?

Marty knows that our Chiefs resemble the Raiders of the late 80's and 90's...Let me clarify what i mean. Maybe its just me, but those raiders teams
had lots of talent, but over the course of the game
they would faid because of mental mistakes aka
penalties. Their offense would move the ball well
but would come unglued at some point in the game.
At least that was martys opinion when playing the Chiefs.

See any similarities to that and whats happening with our CHIEFS.

This is the mastermind that improved the defense by re-signing all the current players.

it was all part of the masterplan!

1) sign 'em cheap, so they can be cut next season with little cap hit

2) get top 5-7 draft pick to leave mark on your final season for years to come & hide the bust the last top pick was

3) brilliant

I just got back from KC International and saw Gunther waiting by the luggage carosal.

I didn't think anything of it till I passed Jimmy Raye and Mike Stock in the hallway. Stock was muttering somthing about "I still have the pictures".
