Grammatica is being released from Tampa this afternoon. I guess being 0-for-7 on FG's less than 30 yds in a season will get you fired every time...

Rumors have it that he kicked a 50 yarder with a Chucky doll.

What's the over/under on how long it takes for someone to want to cut Tynes so we can sign him?

Holy Crap!! Sign him, Sign him!!!Do we really need a midget with a greasy mullet on the team?

Wow. He's burning out fast. I figured he'd be around for a long time.

I guess Todd Sauerbrun is laughing right now. I heard that after the recent Tampa-Carolina game, Sauerbrun made some snide remarks about Gramatica again. This release may end one of the funniest feuds in NFL history.

That was his brother.

But, that aside... what the hell happened to those two? I mean, I understand Guillermo had some injuries... but, what about Martin? How did he go from being one of the best kickers in the league to this? They're trying to make way for Santiago?

0-7 on short field goals? He may be just what we need to sew up a top 5 pick.

Kickers are a funny bunch, really. They will do terrible one place, and great in another place. No rhyme or reason.

Oh. My. God.

I can't believe there are people who actually want to sign this guy. He was once great. He now sucks terribly. I'd only sign him if it didn't cost more than a six-pack of Natty Light.

Apparently The Bucs brought in a sports psychiatrist some time ago to work w/ Martin, to no avail...

It's a huge confidence problem, and he's been in a serious downward spiral since late last season...

Kickers go into funks all the time.

I actually would sign Gramatica to a 2 year deal and keep Tynes for the time being.

Let them battle it out in TC next year.

Gramatica has way too much talent to fall this hard.

Put Kris Wilson on IR, which is something the Chiefs should of done in August instead of bitching about the 53-man roster.

Okay, time to fess up: how many of you who want to sign "Automatica" are K-State fans?

I'd take a shot at him he has been a pretty good NFL and college kicked up to this point.
