Makes you wonder why he isn't good enough for a club that lost 104 games. The Royals keep crapping on some of their best legacy guys...like Jamie Quirk, Clint Hurdle, Frank White etc etc etc.

We keep getting batting coaches from the Cubs.

Yeah, but the guy used to manage here, that'd be awfully weird to ask him to come and be the hitting coach....

Then again, after seeing Gunther come back, I guess everything's possible.
