The rules have changed.
You don’t need a “shutdown corner.”
If a QB is upright when the ball leaves his hand, he will find the target 60-70% of the time.
Why pay Cornerbacks “this kinda money” when really can’t do anything?
You better go get you some Defensive Linemen.
You better go get you some Linbackers that can get after the QB.
Put the QB on the ground, because no QB completes a pass when he is on the ground.
If you leave the QB upright, you could have 10 Champ Baileys and it would do no good.
The new PI rules make marginal WRs a whole lot better.
