Usually from 6 AM to Midnight. My last ISP had a 12 hour per day limit and I was in constant violation.

For me it all depends on what shift I am working. If I am on nights I will be here on the planet from about 9pm CST to 2am CST.

If its a week day shift when everybody is around I usually log on about 4 to 5pm CST until about 8:30 pm cst. And if nothing is going on at home when I get home I will log on for a little bit but not often.

If I work a weekend day shift I am here all day. From 9am CST to 8:30pm CST.

right after I take the boys to school I get to use the computer, then after everyone is asleep, in the very early morning hours, its the only time I can horn in on the computer, the chair is never empty.
