we will be ranked 31st come the days end. The good news is that the Saints have such a stranglehold on the 32nd spot, that 31st may be the bottom out level for this years defense. :(

...we could overcome our pathetic defense. That's the ticket! Assemble the best offense in NFL history! Trade for Randy Moss and Terrell Owens!

We need to score 32 points to pass the Chargers and become the #2 scoring offense in the league. If we score 114 points tonight, we'll pass the Colts and become the league leaders in points scored once again.

OK! We gave up 356 in the first half. We are now ranked 31st. If we can hold them under 476 in the 2nd half (832 for the game) we will not be 32nd.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to do that! :banghead:

It seems that the Saints don't really have a stranglehold on that 32nd spot then.

The lesson here.
Never underestimate the level of suckage of this D.

Well, we are only 290 yards behind the Saints with 3 games to go. Maybe we will finish 32nd afterall. :banghead:

I wouldn't rule out bringing in a sports psychologist or a witch doctor.

What defensive problems? We won the game, didn't we? You people always just focus on the negatives. :harumph:
