...Champ Bailey was DA's suggestion this morning. Feel free to bomb the Germans out of me if this has already been discussed...

He said that Larry Johnson and Champ Bailey make this team better than 5-8. I don't know what the hell that means. 6-7. 7-6. 16-0?? He seems to think that a good corner is the difference between a good season and a bad season for this team. All the while ignoring a consistent pass rush, linebackers that can tackle, and safeties that keep the receiver from getting behind them.

Thoughts?

I would never trade Holmes for a player, only draft picks. Thant way it saves you money against the cap.

I'm sure that the Donks would jump right at the chance to trade with us.

Ah ha. I don't get much Chiefs talk over there so I only check out the Gridiron Forum every few hours.

Skins wouldn't have done it cause of Priest's age.

plus, it is clear now, that the Skin's D doesn't miss him and that the Broncos aren't any better with him.

Long term, Washington won in that trade hands down. Bailey is over rated and over paid.
