They say you if you dont actually write down your goals, that your shit dont happen. Seems to me, that if you say a goal to your peers it adds an additional motivating factor. So, Im proclaiming to... the peoples of CP... that Im going hungry. No Fast Food in 2005. I went 2002 with No French Fries. 2003 no McDonalds. 2004, Dont think I did anything special. But this year, I have been a lazy f[ö]cker this year, and I ate McDonalds and shitloads of Taco Bell. Damn. And oh, the Mtn Dews I consumed. I have 5 buy a dew get a dew frees winning bottle caps. Fugg dat noize, boys.
No Fast Food Consumables 2005. And I think I may have already started. Water is key. Alkalinity and a healthy ph is key for optimal health. Natural prevention is much wiser than trying to repair. So to retain optimal health in 2005, is the goal.
Moreover...No McD's (which includes Chipotle), Sonic, Taco Hell, Quik Trip, Chinese Buffets, and Sodas.
Health and Prosperity 2005. That is my goal, and I wish you the same in 2005.
