Hey - we're leaving the land of Tejas on Saturday (18th) and headed ot Iowa to spend the holidays with my wife's family. So, best wishes to everyone. Enjoy the holidays and time spent with family and friends.

Also - best of luck to DEN on Sunday... kick some Chiefs' arse! I also just learned that there is a good chance that I might be able to actually go to the game on Sunday. I'm quite surprised. My sister-in-law in Iowa called and a friend has 2 tickets available, so if I can work it out logistically in the next few hours ... I'll actually get to see my first game at Arrowhead.

We'll see what happens, but win or lose I'm sure it would be a fun time... good thing is,DEN will win.

Best of luck to everyone in the fantasy football playoffs!

Later,
MHM

MHM:

You can get tix at the game no problem. If you can work it out logistically, just come.

The IQ in Iowa is about to drop 5 points for a week...........

It wouldn't be unthinkable that you could get a ride from a planet'er........I wouldn't give a Bronco fan a ride usually, but in your case, I'd make an exception and let you ride in the back....But I am going to the MiLs too.

where you going?

I think it's near Malvern or Traynor...

The logistical piece is working out a few things ... we arrive at the same time as my inlaws and there are some other issues to consider.

The likely scenario... my brother-in-law (big Cornhusker nerd) and I will go to the game. I have to get it blessed by the wife first. Which shouldn't be an issue.

what? Blessing?

Put those pants on, cinch up a belt and TELL her what you're doing. You'll probably skip the game to go to the Quilt show because she wants to instead......

In college, I was friends with a broad from Malvern Named "Tuna"...she was built like a MLB, and named because she Drank like a fish......i was told.

that close to 29 and Omaha....It wouldn't be too tough to hitch a ride.

The blessing was more or less b/c of what my brother and law are leaving our wives with all day Sunday ... 6 kids.

We're going though - it's official! I don't know where our seats are or how early we'll be able to get there, but I'll look out for weird wolves and a flying Elvis or two.

Security at Arrowhead must be getting lax. Nowadays just any ol' stinkin' Donco fan can slip in.

So you will finally get to see what its like in person to see a NFL game with a good crowd and great tailgating?

You'll be able to get tickets there no problem. The fairweather types have been trying to unload theirs for weeks.

I wouldn't talk too much smack. I'm not predicting a huge turnout for this game, if the San Diego game was any indicator.

What he said. Wait until just before kickoff and you'll pick them up for $10-20 apiece. If you do, be sure to stop by B5!

And have a Merry Christmas!! *

*Hopefully, knowing that your Broncos just got knocked out of the playoffs won't lessen your spirit.

Now, I'm wishing I had let my wife buy me a new jersey... I just never could pick one that I wanted. Ah well.

I don't have the seat info, but it didn't cost us anything. A friend of my sister-in-law had 2 tix, couldn't use them, so it's a Xmas gift.

Hooray for me - there will be 2 less Chiefs' fans at least on Sunday in attendance.

B5... if we're there early enough, we'll try to do it. If I get any other info prior to leaving tomorrow morning, I'll post it. If not, I'll try to recall what some of you look like from the pics here and holler at ya if I see ya.

I'm definitely going to try to find the SuperFans in action and tell 'em hi. Later guys - it should be fun.

Stevieray and Wierd Wolf sit in the endzone right next to where the band plays. I believe its section 110.
