When Jake is introduced Sunday, I say everyone stands and gives him back the old Jake the Fake Salute

Bah, I wouldn't give him the satisfaction.

Why should WE flip him off? It's the Bronco fans who are in position to retaliate. They were the target of his one finger salute over the weekend.
He will be doing my team service my taking the field on Sunday.

I think KC fans should give the finger to every Broncos fan they see at the game to make them feel at home.

As soon as I sat down to my seats at Invesco in week 1 a guy looked over at me and said "So where is Derrick Thomas huh? I don't see him making any tackles out there." Later on he was trying to bait me even more adding "Thats what you get more drinking and riving."

I must admit this was not the norm for the fans around me. I met alot of great folks in Denver but that guy just amazed me.

Ya, I think most fans at most places are pretty decent. I saw the Chiefs in Jacksonville this year and there was some good natured ribbing (especially on the way out of the stadium), but most were pretty cool about it. There was only one guy who was annoying. He was drunk and he made it a point to stand as much as possible because some other Chiefs fans (there were a lot of KC fans there) were sitting directly behind him. He eventually was moved by the usher when some other guys showed up with a ticket to the seat he was sitting in.

FTR, I was just kidding about flipping off Denver fans. I agree with whoever said we should let the players do the talking on the field. Smack is better kept on the message boards IMO.

If anyone's going to the game, you should make a sign that says:

Churchill - "V" for Victory

Plummer - "I" for Interception

Meatwad: He's always messing with me!
Err: Shoot him the bird!
Ignignokt: Yes, give him the finger
Meatwad: Like this? *transmogrifies into a hotdog*
Ignignokt: No, not at all like that
Meatwad: What about this?
Ignignokt: Err, show him how we shoot the bird
Err: We smoke as we shoot the bird

Ignignokt - "Three dimensions."

Frylock - "What about 'em?"

Ignignokt - "Nothing. They're cute. We have 5. Err- "Th-thousand. 5 thousand."

Frylock - "Well I only see 2."

Ignignokt - "Sounds like a personal problem."

Or you could make signs that say "Jake you can throw all the interceptions you like here and we will cheer you."
