One thing I always liked about that young man from Wichita. He'd score, and give the ball to the ref. His dad taught him "Act like you've been there before".

Nice to see that with Larry as well.

I wanted him to find Lynch and try to hand him the ball after his TD run. There is no room for professionalism when beating the tar out of the Donkeys or Raiders.

Not for any other reason than his business-like approach during the game. I hate excessive showboating.

He reminds me a lot of Barry Sanders.Well they are the same sex. So yes I can see how you would find them similar.

I don't mind showboating when its warranted.

Catch a pass - no showboating
Catch a pass for a first down - no showboating
Catch a TD pass - sure, showboat a bit.

Jared Allen needs to do his dance again though. I don't care for what play he does either, maybe just cause he was on the field or something.

Agreed. One thing i cant stand these days is how pretty much every defensive player has to do some sort of silly dance or jesture whenever they make a routine tackle.

I really don't mind it all too much...the ONLY kind of showboating that really annoys me is "Scoreboard" Showboating. Its where you are showboating after scoring, when you are losing badly. Priest did this when we were getting clobbered at Minnesota last year, and it annoyed me.

I don't seem to mind a little showboating after a TD. I do hate the routine tackle dance. Its alright if its a big play like a sack.

Some players get a little carried away. But it is definately refreshing to see LJ hand the ball to the Ref and walk away. I think he did the same thing on his first NFL TD and I was thinking why is he giving up his first TD ball?
