They're pretty hard if you simulate everything and play by normal rules (salary cap ON and trading deadline ON)... good luck.

Arizona is a toughie, but if you draft well, and develop them, along with bringing in the right coaching staff, and a little bit of luck. If I remember right, I went 4-12, 5-11, 7-9, 6-10, before going 11-5 and lasting through the 2nd round of the playoffs. The first year I just sim through it with the crappy coaching staff to get a good high draft pick. Then I made some moves, like trading away Emmitt Smith for some picks (I think it was a 4th and a 6th). Changed my OC and DC, resigned some of the current players that was worth a shit (mostly the WR core,) and basically drafted a QB.

YES, at least I can take some vicarious satisfaction in the realm of quantum physics that it is possible for the Chiefs at some level to win the SB!!!
