Hey, does anyone know where I can find pictures from the 1998 Seattle vs. KC game? Otherwise known as the Lake Arrowhead game. I've been searching and can't seem to find any good ones.

Thanks!

That game was pretty amazing. Didnt Gannon throw a long bomb like a 70 or 80 yard TD to Rison in that game??

Yep, I checked the box score....80 yards.

Even with that Gannon only threw for 120 yards.

This is interesting. Gannon actually threw the ball about 50 yards in the air:

In the final seconds of the third period, after the Seahawks barely missed downing a punt on the one-yard line, the Chiefs put the game away with the 80-yard scoring play. Gannon heaved the ball downfield to Rison, who caught it over his right shoulder on the 35 and then outran Jay Bellamy to the end zone, giving the Chiefs a 17-6 lead with 24 seconds left in the third.

The apt under mine, got so flooded, they had to move... 3 inches of water in their apt. Too bad too, they were 2 hot chicks. :-(

I still lived in Kansas City when that game was played. I was still a season ticketholder at the time. Unfortunately, I also had a job that required me to be at work at 4:30 AM on Mondays at the time, so I couldn't go to the game. My seats were in section 116, row 32 which was nice because they were under the club level, so I never got rained on during the game. My friend who I gave my ticket to had an absolute blast at the game. He also said that after seeing the tape of the game that the TV cameras didn't even come close to capturing how hard it rained for that one wonderful hour of NFL history.

I went to the Chargers game toward the end of last season and that's kinna what it was like...not near as bad as the Seahawks game but it poured the entire game and the field was muddy as hell. It was amazing watching LJ being able to keep his footing and still make his cuts while everyone else was falling on their ass. Brees seemed to have a difficult time throwing the ball but Green was still pretty accurate

I was at that game as well. The stairways were waterfalls, and I remember during the lightning delay, this drunk guy ran out on the field, and it took like 5 min. for the security to get ahold of him. This guy was just trashed, no shirt on, but he was fast and could cut on a dime, meanwhile the fatass security guards were running into eachother, and bustin their asses. I wish someone had the video of that. ROFL

If say someone [person A] (this is purely hypothetical mind you) wants to help a person out [person B] and send a tape/CD of a lets say a torrential rainstorm over a football stadium. This person [person B] would gladly distribute said video of the rainstorm over a football stadium to anyone who wants it. Said person [person B] would even pay for shipping to get said video of the rainstorm over the football stadium. If you would like to discuss this hypothetical situation further feel free to pm me.

I was making a point that it was colder b/c of the situation of the game. It's called exaggeration. Whatever haunts you from Korea, I'm sure was a much more serious situation than I was in. So sorry to even compare my minute life experience to yours. You are so old and wise. I'll be in the corner, cowering and waiting for my beating sir. My seats were in section 116, row 32. The nice thing about the last 10 rows on the field level is that they also stay nice and dry. I think that the field level is the most fun place to sit... Maybe I should correct that by sating stand instead of sit considering that halftime is the ONLY time during the game that anybody on the field level actually sits down. Using the seatbacks to make noise is a much better use of the seats anyway.
