Bednarik, a Hall of Fame linebacker who appeared in a club-record eight Pro Bowls for the Eagles from 1949-62 said he respects and admires Eagles coach Andy Reid and quarterback Donovan McNabb. But he said the touchdown celebrations of Terrell Owens make his blood boil.

"Let me tell you something. The worst thing in the world today is these guys who dance after touchdowns," Bednarik said. "That Owens guy, I'd like to wrap my jockstrap around his face."

ROFL I'll be rooting for the Eagles. But yeah, Owens is a good reason to root against them. He's schtick has gotten lame.

That's a cool article. Ol' Chuck really tells it like it is.

Truthfully, I admire a guy who just says what he thinks. I can't say I would feel differently than Bednarik if I was in his situation. Well, other than the books. That's kind of petty.

Why are football fans rooting against the eagles just because they hate TO? Their fanbase of complete scumbags is reason enough to pull for the Pats.
