I went with the pies. It was close, and I think I'd get tired of the pies at some point, but at the same time I'd feel some responsibility and obligation to those who worship me.

I voted neither, though It's not that I eschew power or wordly possesions.

It's because if they are worshipping your picture, then you haven't really garnered any power.
If you went there to enjoy your status, then they might discover you aren't a god and then decide to sacrifice you to appease whatever other gods they worship because they think that they've probably displeased them by worshiping a false idol.

That is not, I think, a good thing.

As for the pies, made by Hostess, who took over Dolly Madison when they fell on hard times, well they just suck.
