He's not exactly a FREE agent. He would obviously cost us a pick/s or a player. I like Surtain, but I'd prefer to get a TRUE FA.

If Surtan is gonna cost the Phish a large enough cap hit then they will probably make him a free agent if no trade is made. IMO we should talk trade with Sutans agent but not make an offer and hope Surtan is released.
