FB Season Almost Over....Time For the Offseason Hobby

Now that the season is almost 'over' (as a Chiefs fan, I'm forced to accept the conclusion of our season by late November of each year), it's time for the 'Offseason Hobby' to occupy the Sundays. After Sunday, I eagerly look forward to the Draft as I do each year.

I'll probably just work like a dog on weekends, unfortunately. When I have time, I like to write fiction, and we'll be doing some house remodeling this year, so I'll be annoying a contractor for a month or two.

Yep; it's time to rearrange the Sunday schedule...and actually venture outside on a Sunday.

There's hope for me; Motorcycle racing gets me through the off season nicely. Gotta love Two-Wheel Tuesdays. :thumb:

Skip......Shouldn't you be celebrating tonight? I mean, with Medicade now paying for Viagra and all. I'm writing to my congressmen this offeason in response. If Old Flatpeckers can get laid on my dime, its only fair that they put up the coin to by prostitutes for ugly and socially inept people too.(hang in there gochiefs)......and to help with the Job creation bill, that Welfare women, who are looking to have more babies for better pay anyway, get on their back and take some for the Team.

I'll probably just end up doing a lot of things around the house. Since there wasn't any football on last weekend, I ended up re-painting our living room.

After this weekend, I'll probably move on to cleaning up the garage and removing wallpaper/painting our bathrooms and dining room.

The only problem is that I'll probably run out of weekend projects before I run out of weekends before the season starts.

Yes and no, but mostly no. We're going to add a dormer in the attic, but we aren't going to finish it off yet. We'll also be replacing the back porch and 2nd floor deck, and hope to finish off the landscaping in the yard.
